How can i show a hyperlink on my Service Desk customer screen?

Hi is it possible to provide a hyperlink on my service desk customer view form?

Hi Charalambos,

It is possible to show a hyperlink in a portal by adding the link in a request type visible field under Field help (Optional field).

Edit request type - Service Desk - Google Chrome 2018-10-31 09.28.05.png

The link will be shown below the field.

[URL_TEXT|http://example.com]

Thanks. Can a URL be configured in the Visible fields section as well? I'm trying to do this using the suggested format but it only shows the text written out and not a URL. Thank you
