How To change custom field options to different colors?

For Example: In our project, there is a custom field(single select list) called "Test Data Status" it has two options:

1. work in Progress

2. Completed.

I want to change 1st option to green color and 2nd option to blue color.

Is it possible??

You need to set each option with a span and class set to aui-lozenge aui-lozenge-success/error/current, etc. Notice the single quotes and not double quotes.

This doesn't work with JIRA Cloud as html isn't allowed. I found a way around it on another community post so just leaving this comment here so people like me can find it.

Hi @Anna Karina Nava and @Bunty I also needed this function and didn't find it natively, an alternative I'm using is the following:
You need to be a Windows user, I don't know if it would work on another operating system.
When filling in the options in the field, press the windows and period keys, this will open a window with many options of icons and colors, so you can use one of them.

And if you are not on Windows, you can easily copy these 'emojis' from the Internet 👍✅
