Looks like a business project with some custom fields which you need to build and put on the screens.

You will have to build these fields in Jira and you should be good to go.

what do you mean by demo systems?

You can build a demo with all of that quite easily.

I am not sure what your question really is (especially what a "segment" might be)

It is our own SuccessFactors system that we use for client demo’s. Can we partition within Jira to separate from Projects a system to manage our demo's.

I still don't think I understand.

At a guess, do you mean you want to use Jira to manage demonstration sessions and/or systems? If so, then yes, you could create a new project (or several projects) that are dedicated to managing demos, totally separate to the other projects in your Jira.

Like @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned, you can create multiple project and designate them as demo project and build an integration with you SuccessFactor interface.
