You need to edit the JAR file to do this. Go to <confluence-install>/confluence/WEB-INF-lib and open confluence-x.x.jar. Browser through com/atlassian/confluence/core and open ConfluenceActionSupport.properties file. Find "title.dashboard" and change its value to something else. Save the page and jar file, and then restart Confluence.
