Jira: automatic evaluation of Fix Version

We have set "Fix Version" a mandatory field. However, it is tedious and errorprone to set it manually. Therefore we would like to have it figured out and completed automatically:

in case of no branch related to the issue, it does not need to be set
in case the branch has not been derived from develop, it does not need to be set
in case the branch has been derived from develop and merged back to it, the next defined release is valid
