How can I give feedback on an error in a tutorial?

Step 1 of Integration testing tutorial with Bitbucket Pipelines refers to a non-existent bitbucket repo in https://bitbucket.org/spittet/ - bitbucket-pipelines-services-tutorial.git

There is no obvious way of giving feedback to Atlasssian regarding this error. The author has left.
