I am using code block in my confluence page and I can see bubbles in code block when I save the page. It is not like this when I see the preview. Any idea where is the issue?

Check if you have any CSS customisation added that customises page or site look.
What theme are you using for code block macro and what version of Confluence you are running on?
Where I can change the css?
