Confluence throws "The editor didn't load this time" error when trying to edit a page

Question

After installing the new system license we could not edit documents. We follow the steps at https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/confluence-throws-the-editor-didn-t-load-this-time-error-when-trying-to-edit-a-page-840796639. html and it was not possible to solve the problem. we can only edit docuentos if we limit the collaborative edition. Hi Mariana,

my guess is that the Synchrony component of Confluence needed for collaborative editing is not configured correctly.

Thanks! i already solved the problem with those steps, specifically by opening port 8091 and restarting the collaborative tool! Greetings.
