Dashboard help for Incident Action Owner

I have a column for Incident Action Owner on my Dashboard, and have IAOs assigned to Incident Actions but the names of the IAOs are not displayed? Can anyone point me at why this might not be happening please?

If your Jira instance is not huge try reindexing your Jira instance that might help resolve the issue.
