I have set a user property for a user in JIRA. Can I write a JQL to see the user and the property?

I need to build a report around the story reported by the assignee and his/her id which i had added as a user property.

You may try to achieve that with the following free Add-on:

• JQL Booster Pack

It allows you to search for user properties in JQL, here is an example:

reporter IN usersWithProperty("User_ID", "123456").
