Statistics for Test passed or failed

I want to find out, how often in a Company someone has hit the test failed or test passed button. 

Is there any possibility for that?

We have a numeric custom field which auto-increments every time some one uses the Test failed transition. This way we know how many times QA rejected a ticket back to Dev. 

You can write a script in the transition post function to increment the numeric custom field.
