Which program should I use for logging lively for Jira,Confluence logs.? What is your suggestions?
Could you explain what you mean by "logging lively"?
To display jira log monitoring.

you could use Filebeat from Elasticsearch to send the application log & the access logs via Logstash into an Elasticsearch cluster. Then use Kibana to analyse the logs "lively".
Goolge for ELK stack.
There are other options like Graylog, etc. all on open source software.
