LaTeX PDF export overlaps images

Exporting of pages to PDF with LaTeX causes some inline images to be overlapped with the LaTeX output. Is there a configuration to help avoid this?

My thought is the PDF export is thinking the line will be a normal font size, but once converted to image the LaTeX output is increased in size.
