while user login- error that licence is not available but number of used licences is 127 out of 250

Dear all,

Recently a user started having problems with login to confluence.

The error message indicates that there are no more free licences any more and some users should be turned off or deleted.

But at the same time I see in administration panel that out of 250 users there are only 127 registered users.

Do you have any clue what might it be?

I also add that we have jira licences (500) and there we have passed over 263 used licences. The vendor indicated that those are totally separate accesses and should have no impact one on another.

Hi Anna,

did you check the application log of Confluence at the time the user gets this message?

This could give you a hint.
