Admin unable to create Old-Gen Project

Hi,

I'm familiar with the new project templates available to users but I am an Admin trying to create a new Project with more advanced features.

Has this functionality been moved or replaced?

Can you please let us know if you are facing some error when trying to create the project?
Is there some error message when you click on "Create"?
