Team board entry is not present in JIRA API results for some issues

When I request issues from JIRA with expand=changelog, For some issues there is a team board entry and for some issues it is not there. But when I open the same issue in JIRA search there is a team board associated with that issue. How can I get team board for all issues with rest call?
