How to create new workflow then associate it with workflow scheme and workflow scheme with project?

Why do you want to do it programmatically using groovy?
It will be a lot of code work, you have a very friendly and useful UI to do it with no problem
My problem is following... I wrote script that rename all workflows. But i faced problem that active workflows cant be renamed. To solve this problem i think i need to create clone of active workflow and workflow scheme, rename and associate them again with target project .
I need rename schemes in multiple instances, it will be cumbersome to rename all schemes in more then 5 jira instances...
