How can I turn off a subscription that I didn't create?

My team and I started getting a blank subscription notice that we didn't create and can't find.  We are hosting our own JIRA instance and it appears as if someone on another team created a subscription for a user story that we don't have visibility into (or something).  So, every morning, we all get an email that contains a subject line "Subscription: User Stories - <some project name>" and nothing else.  The email body is completely blank.

I've tried searching our system for things that match that subject line but I can't find anything.  How can we find this "subscription" and kill it!?  It's becoming very annoying.

Looks like someone subscribed a filter in honor of your team accidentally. Normally, the title in the email subject includes the title of the filter, which in your case might be "User Stories - <some project name>".

Try to find that filter in Issues/Manage Filter/Search. If you cannot find it, probably because you don't have permission to see that filter, in that case you may need to contact your system admin to find the filter and identify the owner, then request the owner to modify the subscription.
