i have an external website , i need to monitor the metrics from there and i need to update it in my confluence page , please help out in this

You haven't really asked a question here, all you've done is to make a few statements.
What exactly do you need help with? You mention the API and an average age report, but I wouldn't know what to start advising on. Please give more info on what help you want
