Hi @Rajesh Ramankutty,

Possible causes for the error above is:

The user is not logged into the JIRA system.
The user does not have the appropriate project permissions to view the Fields.
The user does not have the permission to view the Filter. You are not the owner or the filter or it has not been shared with you.
The referenced Custom Field is hidden in the Field Configuration.

Please check the above checkpoints and refresh the report.

Go to your project -> project settings -> fields -> check your field is visible or not.

Hi Rajesh,

There are a few situations where this might occur when running Arsenale Dataplane for Jira reports.

In the most simple case, clicking on the "Sync Index" button on the Dataplane Reports -> Administration -> Configuration page will fix the program.

If this doesn't fix it, please contact us directly at Arsenale Support and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
