Can't choose users in 'CreateIssue!default.jspa'

I create some fields by using 'Project Roles or Groups User Picker' and only limit to use 'se' or 'iic' group.

But in IE 9/11, we can't get the automatically user list.

the new field by 'Project Roles or Groups User Picker' will be auto-completed if i entry some character normally. But, in IE 9/11, don't show user drop-down list when i entry 1~3 characters. I don't know how to fix it, all of our users are using IE 9/11 now.

"Project Roles or Groups User Picker " come from 'Custom User Picker' add-on, and when we use it to create some custom fileds, it doesn't work in IE9/11 , and can't choose user in the fields.

Not sure I understand what the problem is.  Can you provide more detail?  Are you saying you only want to be able to see the SE and IIC group, or you are limited to only seeing that group?  For assignees, I believe it needs to be an individual user vs a group or role, but in conditions you can allow that group and role to move the issue forward in the workflow.
