Unassigned issues not working as expected

Hi all,

When I create a Bug or Improvement (they belong to the same workflow), automatically the component lead is setting as the assignee. 
This is not happening with other issues creation when I fill the component field.
I have "Allow unassigned issues" set to ON and Default Assignee = Unassigned.

Is there something else I should check?

This is not happening with other issues creation when I fill the component field.

• Are they in same project of bug, improvement?
• Do they have same workflow? There may be a post-function in create if different.
• Also please check the create screen if you set assignee manually or with some rule.
