Configuration and projects Service Desc

Question

After installing JIRA Service Desc I have not items of the menu (Administration > Applications > Versions & licenses page) for change configuration.

And I haven't options to create Service Desc Project (only Software and Business project types)

I've set plugins to enabled.

Now I have menu items for change configuration.

But the status of JIRA ServiceDesc Application is "not installed". And I can't install that (there are errors during installing)

As before, there are no options to create ServiceDesc Project

Ok, it's a good approach, can you review that all the plugins that compose Jira Service Desk are enabled?

You can access: https://yourjiraURL/plugins/servlet/upm/manage/all and check all the plugins?
