I've had the following question raised in-house. Is anyone able to recommend options for obtaining this sort of reporting from Jira?
JIRA does not offer a solution to aggregate team-level sprint reports so that one can look at history across teams.
Things we'd like to measure
- team velocities over time, in the same view
- break down of allocation of points (feature, technical) per team and aggregated, over time
- number of unplanned tickets
- various statistical indexes such as
- AVG/Median/StdDev US size
- AVG/Median/StdDev US wait/in progress time
