Close Parent task based on how the Subtasks are closed

I have a parent task, it has 5 subtasks. I need to close the parent task based on how the subtasks are closed. 

2 of the subtasks are Cancelled, 2 subtasks are Denied and the fifth subtask is Approved. so the parent task should be closed as Approved.  How do I do this?   

It looks like Script Post-function might work, but I am not a script writer at all and would have no idea where to begin. 

I have Jira server 7.6.1 and Script Runner 5.3.26,

Found a similar article to your question, the only thing you will need to make sure in addition to the resolution in that article is to ensure that the parent task only closed after all sub-task are closed. Make sure that if one approves it gets auto approved and closed.
