sending an email does not create the request
What do the application and incoming email logs say?
When send the email, the email arrives with the dates of the request but don't create the case automatocally in jira,
In the application jira not show nothing and the email only create the request but ut errores or some not.
You need to read the log files to find out what the errors are.
