IssueTypeScreenScheme vs Field Configuration Scheme

I am able to create the IssueTypeScreenScheme with the help of IssueTypeSchemeManager

But I am not able to map the Field Configuration Scheme in MyAddProjectHook.java?

Is there any way we can do it?
