Which custom field should be use for header message or label message for group of related fields in screen.

In screen, i want to show title message above the couple of fields (like group of field).

I could not find any custom field which would just appear as header or title message for group of fields over screen. all fields are taking input or read only value. but could not find any just message or title as like label only (no input value or read only).

Can you please share me which field should be use.

JIRA Toolkit has a "Message Custom Fields" custom field. Try that.
