Breaching SLA

Question

Hello,

We have several workflows which few of them having status "Failed" and we need to Breach running SLAs if issue is moved to that specific status, i tried to look through ScriptRunner solution but unsucesfully, if anyone could help.

Thank you for your answer, but i know how to check for Failed status i just cant figure out how to change time of running SLA

Hey Jiri,

You should be able to use this piece of JQL:

"status changed to Failed"

That will show you all issues that have ever been moved into the Failed status so you may want to add some additional pieces to get a better picture.
