Image Slider License Issue

I have just installed the Image Slider Add-on and paid for a starter licence, installed the license. When trying to access it displays

"Sorry, but we cannot find the required licensing support to execute the requested operation. Please ensure that the Plugin License Storage plugin is installed and enabled. Restarting this plugin should resolve the problem."

Thanks everyone. The issue has been resolved with the upgrade to the UPM. This had to be done manually as the auto-upgrade option was failing. Once installed, we were away.

Hi Peter,

It seems that you need to install the https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.adaptavist.plm.plugin.plm-plugin in order to apply the license. You can check by going through Browse > Confluence Admin > Manage Add-ons, and try to find something familiar like "Plugin License". If that doesn't work, you can contact the plugin vendor through here:

Hi William

The Plugin License Storage plugin is an official plugin from Atlassian to provide licensing support for the Marketplace and should be bundled with the UPM (Universal Plugin Manager). The PLM (Plugin License Manager) is a third party plugin from Adaptavist used to license their own plugins and has nothing to do with the Image Slider plugin.
