The password not working just after installation

Just installed on mac os the Confluence of latest version. The password that I've been entering at time of installing to the form not working. Tried 5 times, there were reinstalling. Nothing working. How to solve this bug Screen Shot 2018-09-02 at 18.42.48.png

Just tried to fix it through the restoring. Nothing happened. All the same.
