Autobackup data confluence is not working

Dear Support Team

I've installed 2 Confluence recently. One Confluence works with autobackup daily well. However, the other is not working daily. I've checked all permission with its location, all information in Schedule Job, Backup Administration but it does still not working. All information of it will attached below this message. I attempted to raise a ticket for you since it will be better to have access to your support zip, but then I discovered you already have an existing ticket for this very issue in our support system.

I ask now that you continue troubleshooting with the Support Team on your support ticket. It's best to do that there since they can have full access to your log files.

Hi there,

It appears that there is a problem with the backup path set.

2018-08-30 04:07:30,197 ERROR [Caesium-1-3] [confluence.importexport.impl.BackupJob] runJob Error while running the scheduled backup
com.atlassian.confluence.importexport.ImportExportException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: E:\Atlassian6\Application Data\Confluence	emp\xmlexport-20180830-020000-75\attachments\16482632\16482635\1 (The system cannot find the path specified)

Is this path correct for this server? If not, you can follow this doc: Configuring Backups in order to fix the path.

If that doesn't help, it could be:

* Make sure you have enough disk space to the home folder.
* A permission issue. Check if the home folder has the full read/write permission on the Windows settings.
* Ensure that all users have full read/write to the home folder.
* Check in your Confluence's service, if there are any trailing spaces following -Djava.io.tmpdir=<path>. If there are, please remove these spaces.
