I am looking to monitor all active assignees on multiple projects in Jira. My goal is to is to be able to account for the progress of their work from a project management standpoint.
You can make a JQL filter pulling issues from different projects to a board. Another option is using a gadget in your dashboard to monitor issues. More info here
