the rule as below:

When issue is created

If these match...

issue type = A and Field B = 1

then edit issue with edit assignee = user1

Otherwise, if these match...

issue type = A and (Field B = 2 Or Field B=3)

then edit issue with edit assignee = user2

Can those users be assigned to that issue?

Does the user that is performing the automation task has privileges to assign issues?

If this is not the answer, please define what is not working?

Also please post a screenshot of configuration.

With the settings seems nothing wrong.

So i am going back to my first questions

Can those users be assigned to that issue?
Does the user that is performing the automation task has privileges to assign issues?

And

If you do a search on the jql that is used in the configuration. Do you get any results?

The rule does not run correct, issue's not assigned to users that I set. it displays "unassigned"

And if the rule does not run correctly, so how to search by JQL ?
