Where can I find my invoices?

Does anyone know where I can download my invoices? I don't receive them in my mailbox.

Hi Niels,

After further research I think you might be referring to the Bitbucket Cloud team account of whom you're a member. The reason why you can not see the invoices is because you're not the Billing contact for this one, someone else is. To help you find him, I can give you a hint of his email address, but I can not share that info publicly: t****k@w*******e.nl

If you need more assistance finding that out let me know and I'll create a Support ticket for you so we can share more details.

If you'd like to become the main Billing contact, you'll need to get the current billing contact to sign in to https://my.atlassian.com with his Atlassian ID and add your email address. Then, he'll need to click on 'Male primary', that's all :)  For detailed steps, you can read Update contacts for Atlassian products.

Hi Ana,

Thank you for your reply. We are indeed on a paid (Standard) plan. Money is taken from our bankaccount every month. But somehow I don't see the invoices in My Atlassian account. I only see JIRA and Confluence.

Hi Niels, sorry that it took me so long to come back!

Are you on a paid version of Bitbucket? If you're on a free or unpaid service you won't get an invoice as there's nothing you're paying for :)

If you're on a paid service, make sure you're logging in with the Atlassian account associated with that product.

If you're unsure, let us know and we'll continue helping you with that.
