Atlassian icons not working

I've upgraded confluence from 5.7 to 6.11 . An now we are not facing some icons that uses Atlassian icons font. How to fix the following issue?

But when I turn off this font-family in Confluence , we can see that all is working. How to fix the following issue?

Can you let me know which operating system you're using and which browser you use to view your Confluence site?

Fixed by adding the following into Global Stylesheet :

.aui-icon::before { font-family: "Adgs Icons" !important; }

Thank you for confirming.

I know that Windows 10 has a feature that blocks untrusted fonts which could be what is happening here.

Even though you're experiencing the issue in all browsers, I would have a look at the workarounds below:

CONFSERVER-45702

Can you please give them a try and see if one of them works for you? The 2nd might be the easiest, with the 3rd and then 1st workarounds.

I've tried 2 workground and as I can see I've fixed only 1 icon : I still can't see "Help" icon)
