Hello Sudheer,
Yes it is possible with the help of add-ons. Table Filter macro provides you with an ability to calculate sum for rows and columns, also there is a Pivot Table macro for calculating sum against some unique values in the table.

Yes, you can create your own user macro or write javascript and add it to the page using HTML macro.

As this Community thread mentions our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, we are happy to introduce its new macro – Table Spreadsheet.
The macro allows you to work with fully functional Excel spreadsheets right in Confluence.
You’ll be able to use cells’ formulas, filters, conditional formatting, etc., create pivot tables and charts from the page view and edit mode.
The Table Spreadsheet macro is available for Cloud and Server/Data Center.
An update: please check out two additions to our spreadsheet family - Spreadsheet from Table and Table Spreadsheet Include macros.
The first one turns manually created and macro generated (Jira Issues, Page Properties Report) tables into fully functional Excel-like spreadsheet. The second one - helps to reuse parts of your sheets across your Confluence instance.
