Since implementing service desk, we have noticed that when you start typing @mention in non service desk projects, customer users appear in the list of @mention users. How can we filter these out?
This should be a permission modification.
Project Settings > Permissions
Check if Browse Project has Service Desk Customer - Portal Access selected
