At the moment we have a field that called "end time" such as the due date. We'd like to get alert if the tast still not be resolved when the time is closed to the end date.
Any way to make that doable?

Not out of the box directly. You can create a filter showing issues past the date and subscribe to it so it emails you the list daily.
