How can I export all configurations & Data from one server to another

I just finished setting up a new server for Bitbucket, with the latest version of Bitbucket installed. Currently we have Bitbucket 5.3.1 on an old server. I would like to export all the configurations and Data from our current Bitbucket server and SQL Database and import it into the new Server I just configured. How can I accomplish this?

it's a bit tricky to do a server migration and upgrade at the same time.

I would suggest first to upgrade the existing instance: you can follow this guide to do so.

Then, you can migrate to the new server following this guide.

it seems that something is wrong with the user directory, can you follow these steps to try and fix the error:

Disable and then Remove the JIRA Server directory. In Bitbucket administration > Accounts > User directory.
Click "Add Directory" and re-enter all of the necessary details.

I followed both instructions. Now when I try to login I am getting error message: "The remote authentication server is not available. Please try again later."

I stepped through the recovery process, logged in with the recovery admin login and made sure that it's pointed at the correct server. I logged out, took it out of recovery process, restarted the service and tried logging in. I still received the same error message.
