I have a user who has the permission of a Jira Service desk but when logged in it doesn't show her profile correctly. I confirmed she has the correct permissions/ roles. Has anyone else seen this?
Probably going to need more details around what isnt being seen correctly.
Was her account added via anything outside the normal 'invite a user' in User Administration?
Is she Jira SD agent or portal customer ?
