i alreadly use the command 'ssh-add'

the terminal show the warning like the photo

how can i solve the problem?

If you're new to Linux, the command to do what @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- suggested is:

chmod 600 /home/ichi/.ssh/id_rsa

Not an Atlassian question really, but an easy answer - set the permissions on the file it mentions to something secure enough.  They should be "owner read write" with no access for group or world.
