Is it possible to integrate Confluence Cloud to Active Directory?

I know that this question was asked few years ago. But is there any update now?

It doesn't look like there is any option as such like we have on on-prem Confluence at the moment.

Maybe there are OOTB methods - not sure.

Indirectly, sort of. You need Identity Manager hooked up to your AD as an identity provider.
