Accounts types that can be part of an Academic Team

I have seen there is an academic license that allows to administrate an academic bitbucket team.

If I am a lecturer, and I create the team for my students, should theirs be also academic upgraded accounts?

Is it possible to add a student member with whatever kind of bitbucket account?

Is it possible to create private repositories with the academic team?.

Hi Gonzalo! To be eligible for an academic account, the students have a valid and reachable academic email address set for the account's primary email. You just need to fill in this form and our team will start the process. You can learn more at Guidelines for academic licenses. 

An academic account doesn't have limitations in comparison to other types of Bitbucket accounts, you can also create private repositories.
