Broken link when trying to create a pull request

Hi,

After changing a computer and installing sourcetree when I try to right-click a branch and create a pull request I get a "That link has no power here".

I've tried several branches and different repositories but the result stays the same.

Any thoughts?

What version of Sourcetree and which OS?
Are the remotes configured as expected on each repository still?
Are your accounts and authentication properly transferred for ST?
Are you able to login and manually create the PR after pushing the branch to its hosting service?

Sourcetree 2.6.10 on windows 10.

Yes, nothing was changed.

As far as I can tell, yes.

I can create PR manually at bitbucket.

I have same issue. When I launch a pull request from SourceTree it goes to

https://bitbucket.org//projects/MyCompany/repos/MyRepoName/pull-requests?create&sourceBranch=feature%2fMy_Test_Feature

If I remove the words "projects" and "repos", it will load the correct page. Have not found any answers on how to correct this in sourcetree.

any idea what's the cause and how to fix it?

Not sure if this was primary fix, but it started working for me after doing this. After refresh in settings, pull request opened correctly in Chrome. SourceTree version 2.5.5.0

I had this error appear randomly when it had been working for me before.

Here is the solution that worked for me:

On the settings page just remove the current remote that is there and then add the exact same one again. This must have refreshed it / woke it up and now I have no probelms
