Reboot during initial setup - System Error java.lang.NullPointerException

Hi,

unfortunately the server had to be rebooted during initial setup right after the installation due to another critical service on this server running into an issue - now I am greeted with a system error when accessing localhost:8090/setup/setuppaths.action

Is there any way to return to a last working state? Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't resolve the issue.

There's no way of knowing from that one snippet of log (a java "null pointer exception" is a very general error and often just the last point in a chain of errors, despite coming out first in logs). 

What does the rest of the log say the error is down to?
