Get a notification whenever a costumer create a request.

I want to receive a notification whenever a customer create a request an configure it to send a notification to related agent, like send a fast message through a chatting tool. And in our organization we use cisco jabber as a chatting tool not hipchat. Is it possible? Can anyone help me ?

Seems to be a viable option. It sounds like automation you are referring to.

In the native Automation feature (Which can be accessed through "Project Settings" - "Automation" you can select the trigger "Issue Created" and then add any stipulations with automation conditions. Then, choose the "Alert User" option as the result of the trigger, and choose who you would like to be notified.

If there aren't enough conditions/settings available to your liking, there are numerous automation add-ons available, such as Automation.

There are two parts of your query :
For the 1st part, here is the solution

Login to JIRA
Click on Profile in JIRA
Click edit button on Preferences
Enable the Autowatch

This will ensure, you get notification for all the request that is created .

For your related agent to know, I would suggest you ensure they use dashboards to work towards the resolution of the same.

It's not what I mean. I need a tool that notify related agent when a request is created, even though they don't present in jira page.

I installed the plugin that you mentioned, and it's really what I want.

I linked it to slack and create rules that notify me when new request is created.

But I want to know is there any way to link it to our internal chat service not external one like slack?

I'd look to talk to Atlassian's support on that. I do not know much on that subject!

@zoha khoshnoodi, you will need a connection between your internal chat tool. Basically you need a webhook or listener. Many chat solutions provide this already: slack, teams, etc. not sure about Jabber. If it does not exist you would need to code one. Another thought, if Jabber provides a means of an email connector you could consider that.
