Add Customer to Service Desk- message in active

I'm trying to add customer to service desk and getting message user is inactive- I've not had any problems adding other folks and not sure how to fix this? any suggestions

Hi @Ann Marie Kjerland

check if user is in User management and if he's inactive. If yes, change status in active or delete it and insert again.
