Two dimensional filter gadget does not show filter name in case of 0 results

If the 2 Dimensional Filter gets 0 results, then the Filter name is not displayed at the bottom of the gadget.
The Filter name is displayed only if the filter returns at least 1 record result.

Anyone has a solution for this?
