Any one knows the purpose of below two log files in JIRA?

manager.2013-01-23.log

host-manager.2013-02-28.log

Those are Tomcat logs that are automatically generated by some Tomcat functionalities. See http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-6.0-doc/logging.html for details.
